The first three are all body parts, so I'll skip down. (Bonus points if you caught that movie reference! You didn't know we were keeping score, did you?)
4. He works two jobs and drives hundreds of miles every week so I can stay at home and watch soap operas.
5. He makes the bed every morning.
6. He gets up and goes to the gym VERY EARLY in the morning so that he can be home to have breakfast with Maddox.
7. He cracks me up. 'Nuff said.
8. For Mother's Day, he is getting me a massage at the day spa. He doesn't know it yet, but he'll be happy when he finds out. He's very generous.
9. He looks tough, but he's putty in the hands of a certain brown-eyed two-year-old.
10. He's way out of my league. But for some reason, he thinks he's not.

Little Sneak
Maddox fully understands that he is only allowed to have his blanket and pacifier when he's in bed or in the car.
However, this morning, he was nowhere to be found. I first looked in all the closets because this is his new favorite thing to do, but I didn't find him. It wasn't until I went in his room that I heard some stirring around under his crib. There was Maddox, snuggled up with his blanket, his pacifier, and a sinister little grin!

Thanks, Erin!!
A little package arrived in the mail yesterday addressed to monkey from cousin Erin! There was much excitement and jumping even before we opened the package. Inside, we found Buzz Lightyear socks, Toy Story tattoos, and a little letter just for Maddox. It was like toddler heaven on earth.
I Do It!
Maddox is such a good little helper these days!
(Translation: Everything we try to do is quickly interrupted by "I do it!" and then jobs take about five times as long as they would have. But it's so stinkin' cute!)

I'm On Another Video Kick
Days of Creation. This one makes me want to eat his head...
Serious playtime. Please don't call Child Protective Services after watching this video...
One final note: While I was waiting for these videos to upload, Jeff was playing with Maddox and asked him to count to three. Maddox replied with, "two, five, banana." He's gifted. We're very proud.
